Tinatin Ramatvili
“Healthy soil makes honest wine.”
With 15 years of hands-on experience, Tinatin has built her career around organic viticulture and long-term land stewardship. She began by converting her family vineyards to certified organic production and has since become a strong advocate for low-intervention farming. Her interests lie in biodiversity, soil regeneration, and mentoring young winemakers who want to balance environmental responsibility with economic sustainability.
Her winery is small-scale, vineyard-driven, and deeply seasonal. Key practices include:
Certified organic vineyards with native cover crops
Manual harvesting and minimal machinery
Natural fermentation with wild yeasts
Very limited use of sulfur
Continuous soil health monitoring
The winery focuses on purity, transparency, and expressing terroir rather than volume.
