Mariam Dolidze
“Wine tells its story best when people are invited in.”
With a decade in winemaking, Mariam has positioned herself at the intersection of wine, culture, and tourism. Starting as a producer, she quickly recognized the potential of hospitality to diversify income and strengthen brand identity. Her interests include wine tourism, storytelling, and designing visitor experiences that connect guests to Georgian wine heritage.
Her winery is both a production site and a destination:
Tasting rooms designed around local architecture
Vineyard tours and harvest participation programs
Small on-site restaurant using regional cuisine
Staff trained in storytelling and guest engagement
Wines crafted to be approachable for visitors
Tourism revenue supports stable production and marketing.
I love sharing the enthusiasm with people who visit my winery for the first time!
